I agree , he has to be on something , he looks unstopable , he looks like he is so fresh , is hard to believe he got so much better , how??? u dont get that much better after being in so many battles , he just looks like he has never taken any damage , he put on lean muscle , and still kept his speed!!! is nearly imposible , those shakes are magical!! Im gonna have to take some of that

Yes, improved technique does not come from PEDs. Hatton, Diaz, Oscar, barely touched Pacquiao in their respective matches--a testament to his improvement.

By the way, like any boxer who's moved up in weight---they lose speed....Pacquiao is no different; he has loss speed.
