            If this fight happends, it wont be a unification match because

            A - They dont recognize the WBO in Japan

            B- Montiel will get stripped if he doesnt fight Morel

                      Just a big of a FYI, The Ring's #10 bantamweight Sasha Bakhtin recently won a WBC title eliminator.

                      Bakhtin is Russian, but fights a lot in Japan.
