Here is an honest question, what is the most title defense Shane had in a division?

    and against who?

ODH just fought alot of good fighters. He doesnt get credit for getting his ass beat. If thats the case Oscar has a better resume then Ali. Yeah asinine I know.

Jermain Taylor has a better resume then Pacquiao.

it's not just about wins or losses, it's about who and most importantly how you fight them. for instance, the way that Mosley fought Cotto, he showed him that he is his equal, but that Cotto just inched the victory with his heart, fighting just a bit harder. Those were some hard shots, and they kept going.

U would never say: Mayweather won that fight because of his heart, he's the bunny that faints when pressured.

            LOL.

I don't really care about what the "real" definition of resume is.

That's just what I thought it was, could be wrong.

if you don't get that, then you don't get boxing.

*EDIT*: Cotto didnt fall so far in the rankings after the Margarito fight, because of the way he fought.

Sergio Martinez earned the shot against Pavlik after the Williams fight, because OF THE WAY HE FOUGHT.

See how dumb you sound. Resume is your wins.

                  record is your wins
the words res and record get twisted a lot
                  you mentioned DLH earlier
                  why he so overrated?
because fans look at his resume, not his record
this was about Shane and Floyd initially
Shane's resume is better since he had more tough fights
but Floyd won all his fights, so his record is better
                  there's a difference

Oscar RESUME> SRR RESUME according to their logic.

LMFAO Boxing doesn't work like that and Margarito beat the piss out of Cotto.

Martinez got Pavlik because he turned Williams to fight Pavlik.
