yes mayweather would dominate pacquiao.. it's an issue with style, speed, reach, and ring intelligence. mayweather could nullify anything pac attempts to do with his jab, and he has over a 5 inch reach advantage.. mayweather is just as fast as pacquiao if not faster, and may is the best counter puncher in the game. he will move around and frustrate pac, and pick him apart through out the entire fight
