Erik morales has known issues making weight. Floyd has no issues making 147 anything over 147 floyd does is just to gain an unfair advantage and you know it. I'm going to try to state the obvious here by saying that the State Commission is the one mandating the testing, not by Clottey's or anybody's request. My understanding is that Pac will take any tests the Commissions asks... sort of like following an authority. Heck if the Commission was to say I'm going to do a blood test on fight night, there's nothing Pac can do about it except to say he'd rather not. He won't like it but he would have to do it.

And this is why I kept calling B.S. on Floyd's demand. If floyd really wanted to clean the sport up, or really wanted OST to be enforced, he would have went to the commission and pleaded his case. They are the only people who can enforce these test and clean the sport up.

Let's just say Floyd did that and the commission agreed to implement them. Pac would be forced to test all the way up to fight night, and if didn't agree, he wouldn't be able to box anymore (on top of having his boxing license revoked and while being issued a suspension).

Instead Floyd chose to be a pre-madonna, while show up the commission at the same time.
