Victorious boxers was the greatest boxing game ever. you had to fight the perfect fight according to your fighter's style to have any shot of winning whatsoever.

I have Victorious Boxers also, but that game gets me mad because of the randomness. I could be boxing the **** out of a guy and he's missing me like crazy.. I land bombs, and BOOM! I'm down. I had all the games.. Even the one on PSP.. Boxers Road and Fighting Spirit. (Boxers Road wasn't VB though)

VB2 was very deep with the diet system.. Too bad I didn't know japanese... The game is great though. Just the randomness made it "Ehhh" for me.

vb2 is it for ps2 only? if its for ps1 ill download an emulator and play that **** tomorow i dont no how to download the ps2 emulators

wow amazing game..the FNR4 should have boxers with foot movements like that. Ex is Pacquiao, Mayweather, Roy Jones, Ali and Pernell. It would be so much fun to have these fighters go up against come forward guys like Tyson and Frazier.

FN4 is very good but i was kinda partial to the OG fight night.
the movement just seemed faster, fluid and more realistic (except for no clinching).
after the first 1 the characters got bigger and slower, more haymakers, more button mashing, but they righted the ship with FN4.

problem with fnr4 wasnt footwork. i thought it had pretty good footwork. just would have liked to see more lateral movement fluidity.

the major problem with fnr4 was punch spamming. it's physically impossible to land a 5punch combo with nothing but right crosses even when the opposing fighter is dazed in real life.

exactly, thats why i loved the original fight night. i loved going online and boxing circles around mf'ers. jab, turn, left hook, turn, step back , create a hole, counter, turn...just straight putting rounds in the bank.
folks would get frustrated as hell cuz theyd just being chasing and hitting air.
by the late rounds they'd be gassed and i'd have all my stamina from just potshotting and throwing single counter shots.
