its easier to be 'faster' shadowboxing than actually being as fast fighting in the ring...pac dosent throw punches that fast in the ring....if u compare speed in actually fighting,then camacho,Ray leonard,roy jones are faster than pac..

and those upward punching movement is an illusion..many 'fast' boxers can do that.besides its not effective in the ring...
