      De La Hoya used Mosley as a sparring partner for the Mayweather fight. Mosley and Mayweather fight absolutely nothing alike. In fact Mosley was a bad choice because he doesn't have much footspeed.

          I totally agree, however, compared to his previous fights, clottey is the most defensive fighter he's facing. His defenses and style are very different than Mayweathers, however, his straight right is the real dangerous punch that Mayweather will also have. NOt saying hes the best choice for a tune up, but right step and obviously a super easy to make match with some credibility (paulie fight would have been a joke)
