History is and WILL ALWAYS BE THE JUDGE
In this video, Floyd admitted that Pacquiao is an extraordinary fighter. Three years ago, Floyd already knew that Pac has extraordinary skills.
Floyd in his recent interview with ESPN 980 said, " You just don't start off ordinary like Manny Pacquiao and then once you get over 25 or 26, you become just extraordinary." Again, direct from the horse's mouth. Pacquiao is extraordinary.
Floyd has been consistent in singing the truth that Pacquiao is an extraordinary fighter. This fact explains why Floyd demanded the ridiculous random testing. The huge fear in Floyds heart just took control over him. He is afraid to fight against an extraordinary boxer and risks his unblemished record. Floyd just chickened out. Period.

Seems to me that Manny Pacquiao has been in many HISTORICAL WARS with the GREATS of BOXING for a long time and STILL GOING STRONG STAYING OVER and ABOVE THE LIMITS xD

“First of all I was shocked when they came to an agreement financially and the fight still didn’t happen,” Farhood claims. “Nine times out of ten the problem is money and here it wasn’t money. I’m surprised when two guys could have made that kind of money and it still couldn’t happen. With that said I blame both fighters and both camps but I blame a little bit more on Mayweather because I think in requiring what he was requiring in drug testing he was asking for more than the standard. If he has no proof that Pacquiao is cheating in any way than he has no right to do that. He was asking for a little too much.”
