Floyd doesn't have to like someone to do business with them. He fought Oscar and made business deals with Oscar when he doesn't even like the guy. Floyd will do business with anyone, even if he doesn't like you or respect you.

Arum's problems with Floyd had little to do with the fight not happening. Arum wanted to the fight to get done. The man was so desperate you can tell by his actions and comments to the media.
