fact is this was required by the commission. no fighter is required to subject themselves to anything more than is deemed necessary by the commission.

fact is manny pacquiao is not a cheater and does not deserve to be treated like one.

I joke around alot but Look I think Manny is clean, but a very important part about the testing is it being random throughout training, now was this physical random? or something they knew about since the start?
