14 days is too close to the fight.. He said it will weaken him for 3-4 days but 24 day cut off date is cool. IMO pac just didn't wanna get bullied around by PBF and March date is too short to promote the huge fight. This PED BS is all crap.

24 day cut off was cool because hbo dropped the footage of pacquiao gettin his blood drawn 24 days before the fight so he had to drop it from 30 to 24 or it looks like a lie
