Floyd trips himself up. He downplays Pacquiao, then mentions the Mosley fight, saying "we got another extraordinary fighter". Floyd just basically said Pacquiao is an extraordinary fighter, yet shortly before that he's talking about his losses and how he was KO'd twice.
