If Mayweather beats Gatti, will move up too welterweight avoiding the best at 140lbs?

I think a fight with Zoo is just a matter of time. I think Floyd will beat Zoo convincingly. He is to fast and to hard to hit. Zoo is a very accurate puncher but i look at the beginning of the Judah fight and Zoo was having trouble with his speed. I know some people will say yeah but he knocked Judah out. This is true but in my opinion he just caught Judah sleeping at it would not happen again. Any way Floyd is faster than judah, harder to hit, and i feel this chin is underated.

I think that Floyd is fighting in a weight class to heavy for himself, (he's at a dissadvantage)... I think Tszyu will just land BIG BIG shots, and even if some of them are on the arms and gloves, they'll break and slow Mayweather down... Mayweather will realise very early that Tszyu is VERY POWERFULL and will get on his bike!

But I think Tszyu will eventually catch up with him and stop him.

Floyd isn't faster than Zab, and Zab is more powerful.

How long did it take Tszyu to neutralize Zab's speed? He landed one semi hard punch near the end of round 1, that was basically the fight. Zab took no more chances.
Unfortunately these guys will never fight though.

The big and best fights for Mayweather will be at 147.

Eventually Mayweather will run into Vivian Harris at 140 and that is something that he is avoiding like the black plague.

If he moves to 147 and fights the best that is bigger than anything that could happen at 140. He started his career at 130 and would have moved up just about 20 pounds to take on the bigger guys.

Mayweather is small and I think he will max out at 147 and the bigger names are there and that is where he wants to be at. Mayweather has chased DLH his whole career.

One fight I wish that would have happened at 135 would be a prime shane vs Mayweather.

I like how most pbf fans think that it's impossible to hit him. It's more impossible to slip and slide every punch thrown at you. pbf may be fast than zoo but zoo will eventually land a punch, and i think thats all he needs to do is land one punch, and pbf will realize what kind a guy zoo is. Zoo is a very smart and patient fighter, he will hit pbf and that will be the end of him.

If you move up to fight Judah, Mosley or DLH at 147, it isn't really avoiding anybody. Its just fighting better guys at a better paying weight division. Besides, Tszyu'll probably move up to Welter FINALLY after he kicks Hatton's ass. That way Zab gets to embarrass Tszyu in the rematch sending Tszyu into retirement.

What are you guys talking about? How can you say someone is ducking people when he is taking on harder fights. What would be harder for Floyd: Harris at 140 or Mosley at 147? Cotto at 140 or DLH at 147? Hatton or Judah? I think Floyd wants the money and the fights. I dont think he will move up unless he fights Oscar but Oscar probally wont but it might change if Floyd beats Gatti and gets alot of pub because then a Oscar and Floyd fight would be huge. He could move up and fight Shane but thats it. He wont fight Zab because they wont give him enough money. I think he would fight Tszyu but it will be almost impossible with the different networks. He could fight Cotto but Arum wont put Cotto in there yet. I think he will fight either Harris and thats a last option because it's not that much money, Shane, or Margarito because they both are with top rank and they were talking about it before
