Just saw the fight here are some thoughts:

- Ponce De Leon looked even more horrible with his technique.

- Cruz was dropped with left to the head then left to the body, it looked like he could get up but he decided to stay down.

- Ponce De Leon should fight Luevano, I don't see him beating any of the guys at a higher level then that.

- Wasn't a very good fight to see, awkward with head butts and holding.

huh now hes a bum cause he lost... again... this is the same guy u said would become a champ and was praising him as the next tito and ****...

That's because he jock rides any Puerto Rican fighter that happens to be the flavor of the month like Juan Ma Lopez for example. But this slug couldn't even handle Ponce. Lol.

Dude, Ponce De Leon amazes me lol. Not because he's good, but how he beats these ****in guys lol and how he's gotten this far in his career.

His technique is awful. I thought Cruz would outclass him. I give De Leon all the credit in the world man, I dunno how he does it lol.

Walter Matthysse is not bad, but he dont train and have problems with drogs. Remember the fight with Williams, he have a good child, but then he dont traing more and now he can lost a fight with his wife

i watched this fights in person........harris was gonna get stopped anyway, but the stoppage was absolute bull****......he told me they promised him a rematch.......all the people boo'ed the ref and mathysse(though it was not mathysse's fault) and cheered harris at the end.....i think they wanted to stop it as soon as possible because while mathysse was winning and hurt harris badly some times, he had a really busted eye(courtesy of a very sweet right hand by harris), and it wouldve been a huge problem if it went more rounds...

de leon crushed cruz, his left has too much power.....as soon as ponce started mixing it up to body and head, it was all over for cruz......de leon told me he may get elio rojas.....difficult fight, but id cheer for de leon.....
