If Margarito and Floyd fought,it would have been a fight where Margarito would get outclassed.People over-hyped Margarito for his win against Cotto-and after people discovered he has tried cheating with plaster of paris,he did not look to be too powerful did he? I think if Pac is to be blamed for not accepting the test. The burden of getting the blame more is on Floyd. He calls himself Money Mayweather yet he was the one who tried to put something that would cause the fight not to be signed.
