No, David Haye beat Nikolay Valuev in November for the WBA Heavyweight belt so now he has a mandatory defense against John Ruiz on April 3rd, he wasnt ducking the Klitschko's, he just cant fight one of them til he defends his title first. If he beats Ruiz than he'll most likely fight the winner of the Wladimir Klitscko vs Eddie Chambers fight in March for the IBF belt (and WBO/IBO belts) in a unification bout, or maybe Vitali Klitschko for the WBC belt!

Well before that it wouldnt have been up to him whether or not he fought one of the Klitschko's because they both had belts and he didnt, so if theres a reason they didnt fight itd be the Klitschko's to blame

Fight Wladamir, get a 20/80 purse split, and money from your setanta deal, if you win, you must fight vitali, if you win that you must fight Wladamir again.

Haye signed, 2 weeks before the fight Setanta goes bust Haye realises, "i am in a crap deal, i'm going to get paid peanuts" and pulls out "injured"

Haye negotiates a deal with Sky, is ready to sign the same contract, only to fight vitali first

Haye meets Sauderland, who offers Haye 50/50 purse split, with Conditional rematch cause to fight Valuev one time.

Haye has more than 2 braincells so signs the far superior contract.
