I was just thinking about this, and i figured id ask,

do you know of any boxers who has gotten seriously hurt (braindamage etc) or even killed in the ring (or days later) post all you know about it (when, who, how etc)

McClellan had a blood clot after round 2, he wanted to quit then but he allowed his team into talking him to continue. After round 6 he said that somethibng was definately wriong and he wanted to quit but his trainer told him to "Go out there and die". So he kept fighting so basically he fought rounds 3-10 with his brain bleeding

I think knowing about what's happened is enough, there's no need to watch the fights again surely?

i didnt say i was going to watch it, i just want to know.
(MAYBE i'll watch it sometime but who knows)

utterly disgusting..they are there to protect the fighters..and they wouldnt even listen to him..a trainer is supposed to know when their fighters has taken enough punishment..I watched a local fight last week..where this was the case..the boxing commission had to step in and stop the fight..sad...
