How does a lanky bastard like Cleverly make 175?

I am 6 foot 1 and weigh 209lbs, and no, im not fat. I am fairly average size, but i do have quite thick legs i suppose.

But seriously, I think i would be half dead at 175, it just amazes me how some guys make weight, Cleverly will probably end up at cruiserweight i think.
