I gave Clottey credit for his wins and WW (judah and bladomir), it just happens that I forgot about him beating corrales ass (hence me saying it was interesting he also beat chico). I never said his win over Diego was better but I guess you try to put words in my mouth to make your points seem better (which is a pathetic move).

Clottey is an orthodox boxer. He uses his right hand alot and so what if he uses his left hook often.....he still is a right handed puncher at the end of the day. I mean most Orthodox punchers use left hooks instead of right anyways so whats your point? End of the day its traditional one of the best punches to use against southpaws because of their stances and will give pac problems if he is not careful. All that other b.s. is beside the point I was making which is Clottey has two very effective punches that traditionally give southpaws problems. Every boxing insider or student of the game will tell you that.

Why? I'm giving him credit for what Floyd is SUPPOSED to do. Why should I give him credit for doing something he should have done years ago?

Why is it that because he has faced such mediocre competition in recent years (relative to his talent level) and now has no choice but to fight someone who presents at least some semblance of a threat we should give him massive credit? I'll give him credit for what he is MEANT to do.

But when guys like Pacquiao who's last few fights (with handicaps or not) against Clottey, Cotto, Hatton, Oscar have all been some of the toughest fights he could have chosen (apart from Oscar in retrospect) or Shane who fought Margarito, Mayorga, Cotto, Collazo don't get credit every fight because they consistently fight the best.

Well IMO people should give him credit because he's not a true welter. I know people are going to say what, and I realize Floyd has backed himself into a corner by claiming he is a king of 147 but I'm going to defend him. Shane is a big guy, much larger than Floyd(no one can debate that) and if Floyd wins, to me(key words) it's his greatest victory. I also give Pac credit for what he is doing and have never taken anything away. These guys both are fighting outside of their natural weight imo and I give them both props.

im still trying to figure out the signifigance of this argument. Rugged Man is someone i have always thought was dope, he was always on those WU secondary projects and even though he didint have an album i respected him. But at this point, hes just hating, instead of worrying about who one mayweathers resume would be cotto or clottey, why not focus on the fight you said wouldnt happen ever, mayweather mosley.
