I cant say anything about Maidana but Bradley's promoter Gary Shaw has said on BoxingScene a few times he reached a deal with Warren for Khan-Bradley and then Khan went to Golden Boy.

I hate to bring it to you BPP, but was the deal signed? If not, then it's probably the same "gentlemen agreement" Frank complains Amir made with him about going to the US together. 'Shaking hands' means nothing nowadays.
