Seems to me that Chad Dawson is going through the same problem at LHW that Paul Williams had to endure at WW. He may just be tooooo good to get the big fights!

Kellerman said it best.
Chad is a good fighter, not a great one, in a weak division.
He needs to man up and clean it out imo. This generation of fighters forgot that when guys like Hopkins and Kostya had no big fights, they just went down the list of fighters in their division and cleaned it up.
Dawson needs to that, the money will be there.Comment

I'm a huge fan of Dawson but I agree with you, he just needs to go through and beat the best that are out there. I think he did that with the first round of guys, now he needs to do it with the likes of Pascal and Cloud.Comment

After he fights and should be beat Pascal and Cloud there will be nothing for him to do of note other than beat up mandos.....then ppl will say that he is padding his record even though he would be just so he can make a living because there is nothing better to do.
I never think a fighter is obligated to move up or down in weight just because there is better comp there, if that fighters is comfortable in a certain weightclass.....hopefully some of the top guys at SMW will move up and create some serious comp for Chad.Comment

What are yall talking about?
Pascal
Hopkins
Cloud
Campillo
Cleverly in the future.
There are fights at 175. He can take those fights or he can unify. And there will be guys from 168 that will fight him.Comment
