For me it takes like a few hours to stop feeling lightheaded or little dizzy. I was also given Steroids for some asthmatic type symptoms i get once every few months. Not really many side effects either.

So, I went and got my physical at MEPS and had to take a blood test. They filled a big ass tube of blood. I did not feel weak at all! 2 hours later I went to the gym and sparred 6 rounds. It did not affect my training whatsoever. So how the hell are you gonna feel weak because of a teaspoon of blood? or are afraid of needles, you dont even feel when the needle is being put through. Today I found out for myself that all he said was bull****.

Well it contradicts to what are telling about here dumb...

three days from now I have finish my medical examination that require my company and it includes blood testing and they suck my blood for about 10cc, and until now, I can't recover and still feel dizzy in my work....

maybe you're not a human at all you a creepy alien roaming around here. hehehehehehehe.
