I think this is all an ego/jealousy thing on Floyd. He already had 40 fights. He never asked this stipulation on any of his previous opponents. Why start now? Well, it accomplished a few things. One it tarnishes the accomplishments of PAC who undeniably surpassed him as boxing's flag bearer. PAC is p4p#1, 7 division champ and just recently was named Fighter of the Decade. PBF feels PAC is getting the kind of love he should have had for himself.

PBF fans ask why Manny just shouldn't take the tests? But in retrospect, why did Floyd make the accusation in the 1st place? There is no proof whatsoever that PAC was ever using drugs. Exactly...he never asked for this in any of his fights. Only now when he was about to face PAC...I think he himself is asking how can a fighter do the things that PAC just did. He tries to rationalize that it must be PED's just like his genius father said.
