The problem with Pacquiao just agreeing the test is that the tactics Floyd camps are doing is conditioning the mind of people. Thats just more reason for Floyd to justifiably ask for these drug tests. No one cares what his secret formula is, just as long as it doesn't but PED's in his system its alright with me. Floyd fans are hoping that Manny is clean. We want him to be clean just as much as his most loyal following. If he is clean, that means we get to see Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, This is what we want. As a Mayweather fan, I would love nothing more than to see these two fighters in the ring. Floyd himself would love nothing more than to see Pac Clean and in the ring. Want to know why, cause if not clean, there is no fight, no event, and whats even worse, as far as Floyd is concerned. NO MONEY, NO PAYDAY!!

As far as I can remember Arum was the one who was negotiating with Floyd camp he probably killed the fight because he doesn't want a 14 day test before the fight (knowing Arum has bad relation with Floyd and he just doesn't wanna give in) and looking at pac saying he doesn't want a test a day before the fight might actually mean that pac has no clear idea of how the negotiation went through or he is lying or he just can't express well in English. I wish Pac will talk in Bisaya, his native dialect, so that he can express his thoughts well. Tagalog is not even an option since he's still poor in it.

Anyways, I'm sure if they both win, it will happen, and Pac will agree to the testing, the 14 day window testing that is, not unless Floyd will lessen that day.

The idea is to use them during training. 2 weeks puts a decent cap on the usage period.
