floyd will always be #1 to me as long as he's undefeated....
PBF fought a p4p #2, arguably #1 as a tuneup.....he must be the greatest?

NO I dont admit that. But here's what I do admit. I admit that its obvious that Floyd is without question the best P4P fighter in the sport. Pac beat Cotto, Hatton, ODLH....so what. P4P is about skills and technique just as much as simply winning. If its only about wins then Vitali and his brother can argue that they are P4P best they win nearly every fight as well, and by knockout to boot.
