Well this fight was supposed to take place on about 1 1/2 months before the other Round 2 matches in the Super 6 so it shouldn't throw the tournament out of sync.

It's fine, the other bouts are another month away so if anything it will just mean everyone is fighting at the same time rather than Abraham and Dirrell fighting a month before. Providing the injury isn't serious.
