Last night Judah showed that he indeed grew up a little bit. He was very respectful about other fighters, apologised and thanked to MGM Grand, was reralistic about his place in boxing(by fighting on the undercard) and acted more or less like a normal person from Brooklyn. So do you respect him more and will you watch his next fights without hope that he is gonna get ko'ed.

Of course he is going to kiss ass, despite being undisputed champion he still has to walk a fine line and one more screw up could end his career.
I like Judah, I like the way he fights and always really have. Judah of the past would run out and just look for the KO but now he waits and picks his shots off and breaks his opponents down which is good.
The thing about Judah though is that he doesnt really fight the top guys and aside from Corley/Spinks/Tszyu he really hasnt fought any other top opposition. So hopefully he doesnt get sidetracked and can get a few more top names on his resume. Once he loses those belts nobody will be willing to fight him again.
Tszyu still kills Judah. -
I second that. When Tszyu comes prepared and with the game plan, he is simply unstopable.Originally posted by spinksjinx

well said.........i can't see Judah being serious about wanting to face Tszyu again though............Tszyu would make him fly like a bird into the crowd from a left hook.Originally posted by BrooklynBomberI second that. i used to dislike that guy , i thought he was a flshy big mouth who disrespected his opponents and falled apart when put into deep water.
now i m startin to appreciate his skills , and even his guts , going to new orleans for 100k was a big big bet .
im not a fan yet but i ll sure enjoy watching him again.Comment

I think he's handling himself alot better now.
That loss to Tszyu was probably a huge reason why. Up until then I'm sure he bought into all the hype his entourage whispered into his ear. His behavior after the loss sort of reflected that - he just couldn't believe he lost, went after Nady, and then sort of broke down in tears.
Thank god Nady stopped that fight, though, another exchange with Tszyu and I honestly think he woulda been taken out on a stretcher.Comment

Tszyu got lucky. It was the socks that hurt judah, not Tszyu's punch.Originally posted by dinotszyu got lucky in that judah fight..it wasnt the punch that knocked judah out..it was the way he hit his head on the canvis

Zab has also fought Mickey Ward, I think that counts as tough competition.Originally posted by spinksjinxThe thing about Judah though is that he doesnt really fight the top guys and aside from Corley/Spinks/Tszyu he really hasnt fought any other top opposition. I think if Tszyu & Judah had a rematch, Jaduh would win. Tszyu is old, Judah is young. Judah has had eight fights since the Tszyu fight, Tszyu has had three fights since.Comment
