I said most not all. And on here I saw one calling for a boycott, but I know what he meant by it.

not only am I buying this card I actually think its not really as bad as people thinks

while it may not have pertinence he Gomez Castillo fight could be all out action as both do not back down from anyone and will keep throwing

Diaz vs Soto could be better than at first glance because Soto is venturing up to 135 and Diaz, while a 135lb fighter, has also fought at 140lbs comfortable so it could be interesting to see if Soto can handle the size issues

Duddy is doo doo I will admit

Just wondering how a never has been in Gomez versus a washed up guy is an interesting fight to you?

As for the card, it is a slap in the face to fans or anyone that is showing any interest in the sport. Instead of promoting real talent they give us bum versus bum. Even if the card was decent, I wouldn't buy it because I look at PPV as the very pinnacle of the sport and a second tier fighter like Clottey, who is well rounded but doesn't do anything special should never be main eventing a PPV. I will stream the fight or download it the next day.

Soto is always interesting, but only with a live opponent. They had him on the Pac-Hatton undercard fighting another C-class fighter and it was a bore until he knocked him out.

I also don't understand how a majority decision over Jesus Chavez after getting worked by Pac gets Diaz another title shot. Chavez has been done since 2007.

This pretty much sums up my attitude on this. Plus this isn't even a intriguing fight style wise. Just because one guy is going to get punched a lot and remain on his feet doesn't mean its an interesting or entertaining fight. Even the Floyd-Marquez fight was more intriguing because we didn't know what floyd was going to show up in the ring. We already know what Pac does to flat footed stationary fighters... not to mention as the quote says above "second tier" fighter which Clottey is.

Making people pay to come to your house to watch a fight? Thats pure ****** **** right there.

The only time I've ever had to do that,

was with this hoodrat dude I used to buy weed from. I chose not to go and saw the fight elsewhere.

In my experience, the owner of house hosts the party, including paying for the fight. Everyone else either brings food or drink.

I don't know, but thats just weird to me.

"Hey guys, come over to watch the fight, but make sure you have your tickets".

I could not imagine having people over and asking them before they fight starts, "you got the money?"

I gotta disagree with you on this one. When there's a big fight, we all have pretty much a designated house we always throw the party at. It's usually the same fight fans but everybody knows to put up at least 5. I understand if it's someone new and you go out your way to invite them over. But if it's the homies, it's like, I provide the home and big screen, you put in on the fight.
