The easiest way to make Mayweather vs Pacquiao happen

Maywweather wants drugs tests Mayweather wants Olympic-style drug testing.
Pacquiao won't let Mayweather make the rules.

Whatever their motives, both have substance to their claims. Pacquiao has no obligation to bow to Mayweather's demands and give him a psychological advantage. But boxing's drug testing policy is incapable of recognising sophisticated doping programmes, giving rise to major doubts about the legitimacy of it's athelete's accomplishments.

Freddie Roach has called the Nevada Athletic Commission "the best commission in the world" and "we go by the commission rules."
The only way better drug testing could enter the sport of boxing is if it's sanctioning bodies enforced it. But they're scared. They're scared of the cost of the testing and they're scared of what it could uncover.

I feel what you're saying and agree to an extent....the sanctioning bodies are part of the problem....i believe it should be the NSAC and other athletic commisions that should enforce and implement this. Therefore no one would be able to argue or complain about sh.it or try to lay blame or point the finger at one another
