For the past 2 years(last 5 fights before going against Montiel) Morales has been fighting at super batam with tomato cans(poor cuality fighters)¿So how does that earn him a title shot?..Yet Morel(who's been asking to fight Montiel) has been Montiel's mandatory for the past year or so & Valcarcel has let Montiel bump off Morel to fight other guy's & 1 of them(Valdez) wasn't even ranked & got robbed of a win against Montiel(they changed the decision 3 times to end up with a draw)..Valcarcel should also be questioned!
