    when vitali retires

by the end of vitali's career he will be top ten all time. eventually, people will come to appreciate the pure dominance he exhibits every time out.
kevin johnson won 0 seconds of their fight.
chris arreola won 0 rounds of their fight
jc gomez won 0 rounds of their fight
sam peter won 0 rounds of their fight
danny williams won 0 rounds of their fight
    corrie sanders won 2/8 rounds
    lennox lewis won 2/6 rounds.
    chris byrd won 2 rounds
    herbie hide won 1 round.
has anybody else won a round against vitali?
if he dominates valuev and haye then calls it a career, i think he matches up well to almost any others. while he did not face ali's competition, he also did better than ali against equivalent opponents and has shown in his comeback some longevity his first career lacked.
to be as dominant in terms of rounds won and have the best knockout percentage of any heavyweight champion ever really says somethinga bout vitali. add to that the best chin ever (one of two, other being valuev, heavyweight champs to never be knocked down). hell i dont even think vitali has been hurt. lewis landed his best right uppercut and vitali loved it.

Vitali's resume isn't strong. His brother actually has a better resume and has enjoyed greater longevity within the sport. Those four years out hurt Vitali's legacy and the two wins over Peter and Arreola are greater than anything he did prior to his original retirement.

    Top ten is pushing it.

There's no way he is top 10, and I like the Klitschkos a lot. It's sad that he had so many injuries, and I'll miss him when he retires though. Unless another dominant heavyweight comes along, when the Klitschkos retire we are going to see the belts being passed around the current contenders a lot.
