As long as Pac and his camp keep ducking Mayweather via random blood tests this fight will never happen. I hope Pac is just scared of Mayweather cause if he's hiding something it would be a big blow to the sport. The only reason i can think of that makes sense for Pacquiao not making that fight was to hype it up in the future, but i still hope that random blood testing is involved otherwise i will always wonder about Pacquiao.Comment

Hesitated? Are you not conscious of someone who is not fluent in speaking english? If Pacquiao was only adept in the English language, by now, he could have answered every question thrown at him without being misunderstood. He could have even challenged that loudmouthed Mayweather to a debate about whether he took PEDs or not.
It's obvious, man, Pacquiao does not have a good command of the english language. He lacks the right and proper words that should have been used to explain his ideas better to those who wanted to know the real score.Comment
