I agree on that. Berto needs to step up and stop fighting and challenging 140 pounders.me too..... I've been a berto disser since he started his BERTO CHRONICLES with g. leon!!
I read.. that berto is already having problems with this fight because of the purse...... so... who knows if at the end he end up fighting another blown 140 fighter...... hopefully im wrong.. cos i want him to give a shot to quintana!!!
until the GREEN CHAMPION step up.. hes gonna have a ? mark with me....
^^

A Quintana fight is a step in the right direction. Hopefully the fight goes down.Comment

Berto sucks.
He ducked Shane because he knows he sucks.Comment

What this guy just said sums it all up, but Berto has the heart to make it a close fight, UD by Quintana IMO if he still can fight at optimal rate at welter.Comment

i understand its commonplace to be a cynical douchebag on the internet, but cot damn you're a ****** insensitive fck.
This hasn't been just some tragedy the Bertos experienced through the media, but one that has deeply touched their lives. Eight of Andre's relatives died in the earthquake after a home filled with his mother's family, siblings and cousins, collapsed. Andre's half-sister, Naomi, who wasn't heard from for two days, is now living on the streets with his 6-year-old niece, Jessica, because their home was destroyed.
The Berto family has been deeply affected by the earthquake in Haiti. Eight of welterweight champion Andre Berto's relatives died after a home filled with his mother's family, siblings and cousins, collapsed. Given the tragedy, it is no surprise that Berto decided to cancel his Jan. 30 fight with Shane Mosley.Comment
