BoxingScene.com has been advised that a very interesting doubleheader is being put together for April 10 on HBO. In the main event, undefeated WBC welterweight champion Andre Berto would defend his title against former champion Carlos Quintana. The deal for Berto-Quintana is nearly complete.

nice **** that paulie berto fight this will be a true test for berto and should be a good fight and if cloud can get past johnson maybe it will set up a fight with dawson.

Berto-Quintana is interesting but I thought Quintana said he didn't really want to fight at 147 again because he had trouble making weight which could affect him, not really a great sign that Feliciano was able to put him down either.

Could-Johnson could be a contender for FOTY.

though i kinda hate that Quitana is a once in a blue moon active fighter.

He has the talent or at least had the talent to be a force still at 154. I see him losing a UD but testing Berto at times. Only cause of his inactiveness.

Cloud/Johnson is almost too good to be true. This is an event I'll be looking forward too. Hopefully Quintana is still game enough to test Berto, I'm not sure. He's been pretty inactive since the Paul Williams KO, though he looked solid against Feliciano a club fighter.
