How does this Promo tour thing work exactly?

im reffering to Mayweather-Mosley. ive never been to 1 of these. if i wanted to go to the Nokia Theatre in NYC . would i have to pay or is it just open for anyone? (i hope that wasn't a ****** question lol) and any1 know wat time or is it too early?
