This is so pointless. No one cares that Funeka got a bad decision, we all saw the fight and he can move on from this without having to waste anyone's time with another rematch.

Seriously, getting screwed over by judges is like the new way to double your paycheck. Malignaggi just got 2 paychecks for 1 too against Diaz. Another pointless rematch.

This **** is out of hand. HBO is wasting money on rematches no one wants. Dawson - Tarver 2, Malignaggi - Diaz 2, Now this?

I can think of a dozen fights hbo can make for the same money with no problems at all.

People expect the same Guzman who showed up last time.

Guzman will adjust and make this an easier fight this time around.

People don't know Cayo so they assume he's a bum.

Cayo 5'11, 300 amateur fights, undefeated.

He will not get into a fire fight with Maidana like Ortiz did.

It's crazy because they all agree Guzman won the first 2 rounds before he had a nose bleed and was cut, but then think it wasn't a factor. What's funny is that Guzman out landed Funeka in power punches for all of the first 8 rounds. I expect Guzman to use his legs more this time around, which will win him the fight.

Yeah, I remember hearing about the 300+ amateur fights from Cayo, which is why I have confidence in him. Maidana is an aggressive beast that will be coming non stop unless Cayo can hurt him and even then, he'll still be coming. He should be able to outbox Maidana, the question is gonna be if he'll be able to adjust to fighting 12 rounds.

Not too high on fighters who fight their whole career in their homeland, then step into the big leagues with a blown up record. I think Maidona will break the kid down.

What? I hope you know Maidana fought his whole career in his homeland and had a blown up record too. And Cayo easily beat Julio Diaz a couple fights ago in the US anyway.

I think so too. But I still want to see the fight because it would crown a Ring champ. And JMM should vacate the crown because he hasn't shown any interest of moving back down.

Thank god Funeka is getting a rematch. He better not get robbed again. Guzman is trash. Biggest waste of talent in boxing since Zab Judah.
