I rewatched the Lacy fight last night, his handspeed was insane in that fight, looks to me to be the fastest in Boxing currently. What do you guys think? By the way this is not a thread for supporting Roy Jones's continuing career or trying to excuse the Green loss, just purely on his handspeed.

Hes one of the fastest 175 Pounders even though Lacy made him looked faster. Kinda like how Pavlik made Hopkins look like Manny Pacquiao.Comment

I dont know. When i saw the handspeed of Roy in the Calzaghe fight i thought Roy really had lost some speed, i have never rewatched it and never will so im not sure if my impression was right...
In the Sheika fight Roy looked fast but still not as fast as he once was. In the Lacy fight Roy looked to have really good speed as you say. I was very impressed with his seven left hook combo and his flurry at the end of round five. Roy seems to have lost some speed with his leaping left hook, certainly because his legs aint what they once where. His jab and straight right is still really really fast.Comment
