No. I like Winky I really do. I think he does have ATG skills but he doesn't have an ATG resume.

I think he misses out on being an ATG but he is definately HOF worthy IMO, a great trilogy with Bronco McKart, 2 wins over Shane Mosley and a victory over Trinidad and Quartey, plus 2 great fights with JT and Vargas........and you know he won them both.

Unfortunately he didn't get the opportunities to prove he was an ATG, by the time guys like Paul Williams and Kelly Pavlik were available to fight, Winky was past it. Even by the time he fought Taylor and Hopkins, he was not the same guy that dominated Tito.

If Winky had just fought Taylor in that rematch and took a lower purse,we would have him in this discussion, still my favourite fighter because of his style.
