The point is, Manny is complaining mostly about the testing the day of the fight, but didn't the USADA stated that they wouldn't test the fighters 48 hours before the fight? and also he was offered 14 days to recovered, but he'd declined that offer. Even some of his most hardcore fans said that he should of accepted Floyd's last request.
