If you can watch all **** in the US, NOT in Laos!!! See my point now?

    Here's another example:
A poor farmer inherited a lot from his grandpa's grandpa and told to take care of it no matter what happened. Then a businessman tried to purchase the lot and offered a 100 thousand, the farmer refused. 500 thousand, 1 million, 5 million, 10 million offer....... If you're a poor US farmer, what would you do? I bet you'll let it go for 100 thousand. But it's not the case for some Pinoy poor farmers, even if it will led to burned and death. Sounds crazy isn't it? But it's happening in the Philippines, past and present. See again my point now or you will call me crazy?

If spreading false rumors are just fine in US, let the Mayweathers come and do it in Laos. Let's see how they will pickup their teeth (coming from their loudmouths) from the ground.

All I'm saying is Pac and the Mayweathers live in different country, culture and beliefs. If you are accused and it's your burden to prove that your clean, in the US, it's always not the case in the Philippines. Agreeing to the demand of the accuser, in Philippines, sometimes is treated that you are guilty.

Also, can I have your views on my post above?

I couldnt care less which country an athlete is from , Asking the whole field to be tested in a contract isnt what i called spreading rumours, Maybe thats the case in laos but not certainly in the UK.

If Usain bolt is breaking all those sprint record and some or one of his competitor says can we all get tested randomly in our next race and Usain bolt says NO i need a cut off date when i would look at him like he had something to hide, Its just common-sense..

But the "extra testing" thingy came due to loudmouth Sr who's spreading the rumors and if we use common sense - envy, jealousy, ruined Pac, nullify Pac's achievement, more marketability for the accusers, have all the advantage if fight pushes through, etc. are the reasons why these rumors came out.

If we're both an ordinary neighbor and you accuse me (take note you just accuse me, you still have no evidence to prove) that I'm a drug addict and you demand that I'll be tested for drug use and be sent to rehabilitation center, what do you think I should do? Maybe in US and UK, the accuse person should just go for the testing. But here in Philippines, especially in rural areas, a BIG NO because agreeing to your demands could mean already that I'm guilty. Yes, I'm GUILTY IF I AGREE TO YOUR BASELESS DEMANDS - and that's what we believe here. And I think it's not the same in US or UK, right?

And what could be the consequences for your baseless allegations? In US and in UK, I think the accused will just agree to your demands to prove that he's really clean, right?

But in Philippines, there are options that I can do:
      1. if I have an extra money, then there's a lawsuit for you
      2. if I'm poor and the damage on me is not that bad, I can remain silent all throughout hoping that you'll end your allegations on me
      3. if I'm poor and the damage is high, I will just smile on you every time we met while I'm already preparing these things:
        1. a little modified motorcyle
        2. helmet
        3. fully loaded gun

then I can wait even for years until you have troubled or quarreled with other person. Once you found trouble with any other person, I'll wait for another month and use those things above on you.
      4. if I have an extra money, then there's a lawsuit for you but ultimately you'll end up on me on #3.
      5. if I'm poor, I would never bow on your demands and I challenge you to prove any evidence, not in the court. But you'll still end up with #3 one of these days.

And AFAIK (according to the locals) in Laos, if you really have no evidence on your allegations then lucky me bec. the government will be after you and prepare your human rights to be nullified.

Ohh, it's not applicable because there's no millions involve? Look at the poor farmer example.

We have different principle, culture, beliefs, etc. as what I have already mentioned. If having a Sign Of A Cross before every round in boxing doesn't mean anything to some boxers, it means a lot to many others. If a color green in US means XXX, it means YYY in China and means ZZZ in Philippines.

Only people on this forum and other forums would even know about Mayweather Sr's. comments.

Everyone else sees it as Manny as not taking a test

I really dont care who brought up steroids, When you achieve great things in sport people would look at you in a su****ious way, Especially individual sports because in this day and age athletes are smart especially with all the new drug available to them that could make them better.

Again i have nothing against Pac, I love his fights and style and am proud for you to look at all my previous post in the last 4 years and see if i ever picked against Pac against JMM (2), Diaz, De la hoya, Hatton or cotto but i dont see any reason why a top pro athlete would want to dodge a random test if he's clean, Whats more shocking is people in 2010 saying a random test for both boxers is "BASELESS DEMAND".

Like i said before in my own country when you achieve something great in sport(Individual) people would look at you su****ious and its up to you to prove them wrong, Its su****ious when you say i have never failed a test before but when you're asked to do random you want a cut off date.

Pac is lucky that boxing isnt mainstream and that his rival (Mayweather) is not really liked in the media because if Manny was a guy the media didnt like and Mayweather was loved and boxing was mainstream he would have been teared up by now.

And am glad you are trying to discuss this in a mature way.
