Has anyone seen his Jimmy Kimmel interview? He says he doesn't know what the Pacman game is, and then seconds later, says he used to play it when he was little. I wish he just spoke Tagalog and someone translated for him.

He clearly understood that question and he clearly said he didn't want to take the test the day of the fight because of how he felt against Moralez. He didn't say up to one week, two weeks, or three weeks. He said the day of the fight. He speaks good enough English to get across that more than one day was still not enough, but he didn't mention it at all. Think about it, if he feels he needs three weeks, why does he say he doesn't want it the day of the fight? Plain and simple, it was HIM that pulled out, and its HIS fault that fight wasn't made.
