I would think Judah/Clottey is a more important indicator of things than Cotto or Margarito. And I think Clottey will use that lead right at times with success. But Pac will still win a comfortable UD. But it's not a mismatch. It's just going to be one fighter outworking another.

Like I said, solid win, taylor made opponent. Clottey's style is to have his opponent stay in front of him after getting off their offense, Pacquiao wasn't that dude.

good call. I thought the same.

the big difference between Clottey and Abe is that Clottey has more punch variety and boxing ability, and Abe instead has a lot of KO power.

Clottey has never been a very powerful puncher, despite his large size advantage at WW.

Unlike Margarito/ Cotto, Pacquiao actually has a straight punch to get through Clottey's guard. It's hard enough that Clottey isn't gonna win enough rounds here, but he doesn't even have a puncher's chance. Cotto has more power then Clottey, and we all saw how Pacquiao took Cotto's punches. In short, Pacquiao Clottey ain't gonna be all that comepetitive. It's a style thing, I'd actually pick Clottey to beat alot of the top WWs.

Beating Clottey is a solid win for anyone, so I'm not here to discredit Pacquiao. All I'm saying is, people should stop making this out to be something it's not. Before people start throwing that "*******" "*****" crap, I'm also gonna say that I don't see Mayweather Mosley as being all that competitive either. Only difference is, Mosley has a puncher's chance and isn't gonna tire out. Hence, more intriguing matchup.
gotta to admit that's one good call bro!

This was a good call and I saw it the same. Pacquiao's defense was a bit better then people gave him credit for. He'd constantly move and throw himself in positions where Clottey couldn't counter. When Clottey did counter it was when Pacquiao had stopped throwing like 20 punches.

Pacquiao's defense is pretty good now. A lot better then it was in his Featherweight days.

Good call. I think most realistic fans knew this. Only nuthuggers tried to make it sound like this would be a challenge. Also haters of Manny wanted to make it seem like Clottey had a chance.

This fight never made sense to me, and I seriously think it hurt boxing last night. All those people tuned in to watch 4 horrible fights.

i hafta say i agree...i never really gave clottey a chance in this. his output is low and against someone like Pac...it would be even lower. I really hoped PAc would KO him but eh. Now waiting for May 1 hehe.

                WAR PACQUIAO...

                WAR MOSLEY...
