I think he is solid but who knows because pac will be punching nonstop so the accumulation of punches might get him ko'd but who really knows

I think he will get TKO'd. Pac landing a barrage of punches with Clottey not responding against the ropes, and then the ref will call it off, and Clottey will complain.

No. Clottey has a monster chin. If there is a stoppage, it will be very late, and it will be because Clottey is uncompetitive, not because he is hurt. Pac may be able to buzz Clottey, but I would be really, really shocked if he hurt him.

it will be a tko, stoppage by the refs or corner. it would be impossible for manny to ricky hatton clottey. although i could see pacman buzzing clottey or scoring a flash knockdown though. but one punch ko would be highly unlikely.
