So you believe that Floyd beating Shane would be an upset in your opinion (since you really believe Shane is gonna "beat Floyd badly")?

I honestly think Pacquiao losing would be a much bigger upset.

Shane Mosley is a world class opponent, and an elite Welter weight.

Clottey's a good Welter, but not elite.

Pacquiao has shown that he belongs at Welterweight, and if you aren't surprised if he loses to Clottey I'd say that you are still holding Pacquiao to very low standards.

I can only see Clottey winning by KO. I hate to throw around the term "rigged", but honestly if the fight with Clottey has a slight edge against Pacquiao in that fight, I don't see him coming out with a victory. They aren't gonna let Clottey potentially ruin Pacquiao vs Mayweather.

Same thing goes for Mosley, but to a lesser extent, because Mosley is still a big name

This is a no-brainer...Anyone who chose Mayweather (including Floyd fans) obviously didn't think it out. Mayweather is fighting Mosley, who physically has every advantage needed to beat Floyd. He also has skill, speed, power and experience. I would not be surprised at all if Mosley beat him, even though my money's on Money winning by 116-112 or 115-113 decision.

Pacquiao on the other hand is fighting an opponent who is tailor made for him. Every single opponent Pac fought was physically bigger than him, and neither won more than
a round or like 1:30 of a round if you count Hatton, so count size out. Style wise its an easy fight for Pac. Clottey will never in a million years beat him on points. Whether they're fighting from the distance or on the inside, Pac has the advantage. Just look at how defenseless Clottey was against a shot, punch drunk Zab Judah before he gased out. Judah had no punch resistance and tends to stop throwing punches after round 5 or when he's hurt, so imagine what someone who can do that for like 15 rounds and has punch resistance would do. Admit it, Clottey has nothing in his arsenal to stop Pac. Please, somebody prove me wrong because I wish I was...

So if Pacquiao loses to a tailor made opponent, that would be a MUCH bigger upset than Mayweather losing to a worthy opponent. And don't forget, Floyd has a rematch clause to redeem himself if he loses.

And then there's mayweather who is arguably the greatest technical boxer of our time, just whooped jmm (disregard the size!) and is still riding the invincible wave having not lost, up against, some would say, an older mosley who may have ring rust...we know mayweather doesn't take risks (much) so he must be 110% certain this is gonna b easy...

So, what would be the bigger upset if Pac or Mayweather lost??

I think Mayweather winning over Mosley is an upset. If he won by a TKO/KO that is extra ordinary....And no one becomes extra ordinary over the age of 30 "per Floyd"

I think Mayweather losing would be a bigger upset because of his style and also becuase he is undefeated. I really beleive there is a bigger chance for Pacquiao to get hurt because he leaves himself open more trying to go for the KO. Clottey was hurting Cotto but let him off easy and spent way too much time bitching about fouls.

A lot of people voting for Pacquiao are proabably only doing it because they are the same ones who are saying the fight is not even competitive. Don't even lie guys, it would be a bigger shocker if Mayweather were to lose especially by KO.
