Is Alex Ariza's the reason for Khan and Pacquiao major improvement

After last few performances by both fighters especially Paquiao in Cotto fight have shown major improvements.

Pacquiao seemed to have a new chin cause he was taking Cotto best shots and his power has improved incredibly.

I think also Khans power has improved and when he does get hit he wont be no were near fragile as he once was.

I think Ariza has shape Khan and Pacquiao into the best possible shape a boxer could be in having great power but also really strong legs.

It isnt Steroids enhacing their performances it is all down to Ariza and Roach

    and Teri Tom.

Read her book, Martial arts nutrition. she changed amir kahns eating and workout plan completely. Manny's as well. She has their diets down to an exact science. Kahn benefited greatly.

Yus, he seems to be one of the best in the business at what he does. i think for my opinion of khans chin and power i need to see his next fight because he hit MaB alot and barrerra didnt seem to feel it tbh and i know he Koed Salita in the first round but we have not seen is chin tested since the prescott fight imo

Yeah we will see against Paulie, i think between the Kotelnik fight to now his punching power is much better but we did'nt see it against a weak boxer like salita.

The jury is still out of Khan, he hasnt exactly fought any elite fighters yet.

Can't really say anything about Khan's chin or power. He took a right hand in the 11th round of the kotelnik fight which had nothing behind it and he still reacted to it, so i think the chin issue is still there (wasn't exactly going to disappear ..). No evidence his "power" has improved.

Pacman has come on greatly though; his stamina is fantastic and the amount of energy and activity he carries late in fights is crazy. That and the fact he manages to carry his speed and power up with him, as well as being durable enough to survive higher weights, is incredible too.

i can see where the steroid accusations come from, but honestly think Pac is just geneticall blessed.

A trainer cannot transform a slightly above average athlete into an elite athlete. It is almost statistically impossible to accomplish. The trainer can show the athlete new techniques and exercises to improve performance but at the world class level the improvement will only be a very small percentage.

It shows that you really didn't know what happened. Training and exercises are one thing....supplements and diets are of another.

What are you trying to say? Supplements and a special diet could push someone over the top?
