I already purchased my ticket and plane tickets for the Pac fight, but honestly when i did i was pumped since the rumor was going down that Margs would be also on the card. The reason I was excited was to see what he had left, how would the crowd receive him, and how would the crowd react after the fight.

But I agree that if he was on the card, there might have been some more sales for the gate. I think boxing fans will still come/buy the PPV because of the main event which is a good match.

One of my closer friends did a temp job in construction and he told me he couldn't believe how many of his co workers really believed that Margs had nothing to do with his wraps, it was all his trainers fault.. Yes it is dillusional but most of the mexican fight fans in Texas still supported him, and probably will if he can get right back into the mix and cause trouble

Thats true and you can bet Arum and Jones will fill it regardless of how many people actually pay for the tickets. But to say 75% of seats are "sold out" when they statistically are not is just a plain fat lie.
