Ismail Sillakh "The Black Russian" is actually Ukranian but they call him The black "Russian" for whatever reason. He's now been signed by Roy Jones jr.

Doug Fischer from Max boxing seems to be very excited about him.

Wow, I just watched the video, he sure has long arms. But he was defeated in the 2006 world amateurs by the much smaller Russian.

He's easily big enough to move up to heavyweight.
