Comments Thread For: Chris Arreola-Tomasz Adamek Close To Done For April 24

Expects a lot of fireworks on April 24. BoxingScene.com was advised that Chris Arreola (28-1, 25KOs) vs. Tomasz Adamek (40-1, 27KOs) is close to a done deal. HBO will carry the fight with junior middleweight contender Alfredo Angulo taking on Joel Julio in the televised opener. A source close to the negotiations advised BoxinScene to expect an official press conference as early as this coming Friday in Los Angeles, California. Arreola-Adamek is a very intriguing heavyweight fight.

I think Adamek will get overwhelmed, Its not really technical what Chris does but its effective for the most part......and Areolla is a bigger and fatter man, pretty quick too for having that gummy bear like body.

I'll be rooting for Adamek, but I think Arreola will be too big and too strong for him.

People underestimate Arrreola's boxing skills because of his appearance.

Ontario California, I'm there. If Arreola was fighting anyone else I would be rooting for him but I gotta go with my dude Adamek.

adamek has balls, but it aint gonna be enuf just too much disadvantage of size and strength. should be competitve early i would think tho
