Appreciate the compliment but I'm nowhere near as witty as Mak.

I never said he was at Armstrong's level, rather I agreed with Merchant's opinion that the way Pac has scaled weight classes is similar to Armstrong...then again considering who you are I guess that translates in your head to "duurrrr pacquiao is teh godz"

While he might look stiff, he definitely has better technical skills than Martinez. You haven't argued with anything to prove he doesn't.

The reason Martinez had some success against Williams was because he could counter-punch with the right hook. It was against the same Williams who got beat by Quintana with the right hook counter punch.

I'm just debating, like you wanted to. You started the convo with me. Not the other way around.

In the end, you haven't proven why Martinez is a more skilled fighter than Kessler. Just that you're not "big" on him.

back then there were 8 weight classes and just 2 titles per divison, today there are 17 weight classes + 6 titles per divison
armstrong also got robbed once, in reality he won a title in 4 of the 8traditional divisons back then
delusional fanboys of pacroid comparing him with sugar ray robinson, who never got knocked out in 198 fights and to armstrong

Martinez is a better fighter then Kessler. Kessler is stiff, he doesnt move his head, he has bad foot work, hes soft, his power is overrated, hes easy to hit, he doesnt have a good inside game. I mean hes not that good. He cant adjust in the ring. He doesnt cut off the ring. I honestly dont know what you see in him. Power? He beat up on Andrade with flush bombs and didnt put one dent in him.

Now before you say "he has a great chin". His body turned out to be not so good vs. Bute. Kessler wouldve figured that out of he had smarts, great skills and a gameplan.

Standing str8 up like a stiff robot getting punched in the face does nothing for me. Especially when compared to a fast slick counter puncher like Martinez.
